Derwent Valley Trail Runners
We have two main trail sessions a week -Technique Tuesdays - the club coach Dawn Metcalfe leads a structured, off road, training session.
Thursday we have our 'club run', a trail run of about an hour. 3 groups which are fast, medium and slower runners.
Other runs may be held from time to time most notably on a Sunday where we would normally have a longer run. Please check our Facebook page for further details on this.
