Dawn Metcalfe - Leader - Visionary - Chairwoman - Club Coach
It's official girls and boys Dawn has now passed her exams and is now officially a Coach in running fitness!!!

In her own words:
My main aim is to make the coaching sessions as varied and challenging as possible whilst taking athletes out of their comfort zones but appropriate for different abilities. 

Prepare to be challenged but be amazed at your inner strength...
 

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results...


We have two main runs a week; on Tuesdays the club coach Dawn Metcalfe leads a structured training session and on Thursday we have our 'club run' a mainly off road run of about an hour. Other runs may be held from time to time most notably on a Sunday where we would normally have a longer run.
